Notice of Intent To Grant Exclusive License

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to the Washington State Crop Improvement Association of Pullman, Washington, an exclusive license to the lentil variety named ``Morena.''
